Who we’re looking for
Gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, roof moss removal, window cleaning, dryer vents, and soon house cleaning and unit turnovers. If you do good work and show up when you say you will, we want to hear from you.

Questions
- Do I pay for leads?
- No. Clean-Able earns a share of each job you complete, taken from the payment. We’ll go over the details when we talk.
- Do I keep my own customers?
- Yes. Customers you find on your own are always yours. A customer who books you through Clean-Able stays a Clean-Able customer for a year after each booking, so their repeat jobs come through Clean-Able too. We want you to grow your own business, and we’ll keep booking you new jobs along the way.
- How fast can I start?
- Once your insurance and W-9 are in and your prices are set, you can go live, often within a few days.
