Privacy Policy
Version privacy-2026-10-24. This policy covers Clean‑Able, Mow‑able and Task‑able, websites run by Goodman Enterprises, an Oregon business ("we", "us"). Most of it is the same for all three; where a site is different, it says so. You’re on Clean‑Able.
What we collect
- What you tell us: the address, your answers about the job, your name, email and phone, the dates you prefer, and anything you type in notes.
- What happens on your job: the prices you were shown, the pro or company you picked, the terms version you accepted with the time and IP address, the scheduled and finished dates, and whether and how the job was paid.
- Payment: card details go straight to Stripe, on the pro’s or company’s own account. We get the outcome of the payment, never your card number.
- Cookies: first-party cookies keep your visit together, remember where you came from, and let you come back to your own job page.
- On Clean‑Able: the property type (a house, or apartments and HOAs), its size and features, and, for property managers, your company and billing details. We record check numbers, amounts and deposit dates for jobs paid by check. Google Analytics counts visits and steps, without your name, contact details or address.
- On Mow‑able: photos of your yard, and your address’s location, which we use to get a satellite picture of the property and measure the lawn. The lawn company you pick sends photos of the finished lawn after each visit, with the time and place they were taken, as a record of the work.
- On Task‑able: what you need done, your furniture list from our assembly guide, and any photos of the job you choose to send. Photos are made smaller on your phone before they’re sent, which removes their location data. We also record when your pro clocks in and out, any change to the start time and whether you agreed, and any tip.
What we use it for
- To work out your prices, pass your request to the pro or company you pick, and send you the emails about it.
- To keep a record of what was quoted, booked, done and paid, so we can answer questions, stand behind the work and resolve disputes.
- To understand, in total, which pages and advertising bring customers.
Who we share it with
- The pro or company you pick. They get your name, phone, email, the address, your answers, notes and dates, so they can schedule and do the work. Those you were shown but didn’t pick get nothing.
- Stripe, for card payments, under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
- Google Maps, to suggest addresses as you type.
- Our email and text message providers, to send the messages about your job. If you give a phone number, we may text you about it; reply STOP to stop.
- Reviews. If you write a review, it may be shown on that pro’s or company’s quotes with your first name, last initial and city.
- Nobody else, except as the law requires or to protect our rights. We don’t sell or rent your information.
- On Clean‑Able: RentCast, a public-records service, looks up a home’s size, bedrooms and bathrooms for house cleaning, which you confirm. Booked appointments are added to the company’s calendar and ours on Google Calendar. If you use our website assistant, your messages are sent to Anthropic’s API to write the replies. Advertising cookies (from Google or Meta, for example) may let Clean‑Able ads reach people who visited; they get no name, contact details or address from us. If a job doesn’t fit our companies and you choose to continue to Willamette Pros, we pass along what you entered, and Clean‑Able may be paid for that referral; this happens only if you click through.
- On Mow‑able: Google, to find your address and get the satellite picture. Anthropic’s API, to measure the lawn from the satellite picture and your photos.
- On Task‑able: Only your pro sees the photos you send, along with Task‑able. Your pro’s replies to our task emails (to clock in and out) are read by our system through our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including photos, for as long as they’re needed for the work, its warranty, tax, accounting and disputes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we don’t have to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@clean-able.com. Oregon residents have these rights under Oregon’s consumer privacy law, and we honor them for everyone.
If you work with us
If you’re a pro or a company on one of our sites, we hold your profile, your prices or pay, your insurance documents and W-9, your contact details, and your payment setup with Stripe (we never see bank account or card numbers). Customers who are shown your price see your verified insurance status.
- On Clean‑Able: your documents are emailed, as a compliance packet, to property managers weighing your quote who ask for them, after we confirm the request.
- On Mow‑able: customers see your first name, your story and your photos of their lawn.
- On Task‑able: customers see your headshot, first name, bio, warranty, the skills you’re proficient at, and your rating once five customers have rated you. We also hold the area you work in, the skills you rated, your weekly hours, and your clock-in and clock-out times.
