What we check
Every vendor’s insurance documents are uploaded, read by a person and given an expiration date. Nothing shows as current unless we’ve verified it and it hasn’t expired. For multi-family work the bar is higher:
- General liability of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate
- Commercial auto of $500,000
- Workers’ comp, or an owner-operator declaration with no employees
- Will name the owner as additional insured
- Registered on NetVendor or credentialed on Yardi
Who you’re dealing with
Your agreement for the work, and your payment, are with the vendor you choose. Clean-Able is paid by the vendor. If something isn’t right, tell us: we’d rather pull a bad operator than lose your trust.
